Special Cell for Women and Children, Maharashstra: Provides empathetic support from social workers for survivors of violence. Strategically located in the police system, the special cell offers a more co-ordinated response by integrating quality psycho-social-legal services within the police system.

AKS Crisis Line: Provides support for all survivors of gender-based violence including, but not limited to, domestic violence against women, family abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, child abuse, stalking, and forms of TFGBV. Responders are trained in counselling skills and crisis management by providing professional support and confidential care for all callers.

NCW Women’s Helpline: Provided by the National Commission for Women, this helpline provides assistant and support to women facing various challenges. Dilaasa Centres & Hospital-based Support

The Dilaasa Centres are a collaboration between the Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and Centre for Equity into Health and Allied Themes (CEHAT). Dilaasa Centres, which are hospital based crisis centre, are set up to provide psychosocial support to women reporting domestic violence at select municipal hospitals.
